Aseloka Smith, originally from Huntington, WV, is a graduate of Marshall University where she earned a baccalaureate degree in Spanish and minored in International Affairs.
Aseloka has a passion for education and enjoys working with youth. In recent years she’s worked hard to help give students an opportunity to succeed. Previously, she served in an inner-city high school as a Team Leader with the AmeriCorps Program, in Columbus, OH. Prior to that, she served as an advisor for Upward Bound, a college preparation program for high school students in her hometown. Currently, Aseloka is enjoying helping students navigate through the college access process.
Aseloka truly believes in the ability of all students to succeed and enjoys doing all she can to help students meet their post-secondary educational goals.
