Ayana Shannon, originally a native of Trinidad, was raised in Annapolis, Maryland. She joined CollegeBound Foundation after serving as a Resident Director at Bowie State University where she dedicated her efforts in preparing students for life in and after college. Ms. Shannon received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University.
