Mrs. Green came to CollegeBound in 1999, after four years with Baltimore County Public Schools, where she served as a social studies teacher at Randallstown High School. She received a Bachelors Degree in Public Policy Studies at Dickinson College in Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Johns Hopkins University. She has served as an adult member of the Youth As Resources Board in Baltimore.
