Darian Scott-Carter, a Baltimore native and graduate of Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland College Park. He is currently working on a Masters of Science in Integrated Homeland Security Management at Towson University. Mr. Scott-Carter is also a licensed EMT and is a former CollegeBound Foundation Scholar of the Week, Competitive Scholarship and Last Dollar grant recipient.
