Joy Taylor rejoins the CollegeBound Foundation family as the College Access Program Specialist at Achievement Academy at Harbor City. Born in Germany to parents of Liberian heritage, Ms. Taylor was raised and educated in America. A graduate of Woodlawn High School, Ms. Taylor attended Goucher College majoring in Communications. Ms. Taylor endeavors to instill in high school students the importance of how pursuing higher education can be used as an effective tool for achieving life and career goals.
