Kyle Burke’s professional mission is to empower young people by providing the tools and showing the way. Coming from a family of educators, Kyle began her personal walk graduating from Virginia State University earning a B.A. in Sociology. It wasn’t until she moved to Baltimore when her role in education became more evident. Her story continued as an elementary school teacher with Baltimore City Public Schools and as a middle school English teacher with Baltimore County Public Schools. Kyle’s passion and joy as an educator and student can also be experienced through her training as a Hatha Yoga instructor. Her last position as Program Manager for a non-profit financial literacy program at The Johns Hopkins University propelled her career move to College Bound Foundation. Kyle offers a plethora of experience and welcomes the opportunity of helping young people achieve their personal and professional goals.
