Marquise O'Neal

Prior to joining the CollegeBound Foundation, Mr. O’Neal was a Special Educator and Educational Trainer. He is a graduate of the Baltimore City Public School System and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology from West Virginia University. Mr. O’Neal has also served as a volunteer football coach in Baltimore City Public Schools.
