Nicole Lee
College Access Program Specialist

Nicole Lee is a product of the Baltimore City school system. Born and raised in Baltimore City, she graduated with honors from Baltimore City College. Destined to make something of her life and to be the first member of her immediate family to earn a Bachelor’s degree, she joined the United States Army Reserves, to ensure that she had funding for school. There she served as a military police, gaining the rank of Sergeant (E-5) before completing her military obligation. Mrs. Lee graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Community and Public Health/Education. Excited to inspire her youth and to give back to her community, she decided to join the CollegeBound Foundation, where she could assist and motivate Baltimore City high school students to seek higher education. Mrs. Lee is currently working on obtaining a Masters Degree from Towson University in Healthcare Administration.
