Mr. Young formerly served as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Western Maryland College, where he received a degree in Business Administration with a minor in music & accounting. Currently Mr. Young is pursuing a Masters Degree in Education. He was an assistant basketball coach at Western Maryland College and an assistant basketball coach at the Community College of Baltimore County at Essex. Since 1998, he has been a consultant for Helping Our Youth Achieve Success (HOYAS) in Baltimore, is an active member in the National Association of College Admissions Counselor (NACAC), PCACAC where he serves on the human relations committee, NCAN, NAACP, Black Coaches Association (BCA), Baltimore’s Charm AAU Basketball, and the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC).
