Robin R. Ricks grew up in Baltimore City and graduated from Mergenthaler Vocational-Technical High School. Ms. Ricks attended St. Mary’s College of Maryland majoring in Political Science with a minor in African Diaspora.
While at St. Mary’s she was a recipient of the William D. Schaefer Legislative Internship in Annapolis Maryland and Government Service Award. Ms. Ricks values her commitments to her community and spends her spare time mentoring youths.
