Tamika N. Cook was born and raised in Baltimore City. A graduate of Baltimore City College High School, she spent her post-secondary days at Norfolk State University where she obtained a Baccalaureate of Arts degree in Psychology. While at Norfolk State University, Ms. Cook was a Resident Assistant for upper and underclassman, Vice President for Habitat for Humanity, Spartan Reflection (Norfolk’s Year Book) Photographer, a contestant for the Miss Norfolk State University Pageant, a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, and a member of the National Deans List. Ms. Cook’s long term goal is to become a school counselor in the inner city of Baltimore to help and promote the success of our future generation.
