Tammy Coley was born and raised in Baltimore City and is a product of the Baltimore City Public Schools System. Mrs. Coley graduated from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School where she was a recipient of the CollegeBound Foundation’s Last Dollar Grant. Mrs. Coley received her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Frostburg State University. While in college she participated in several community based organizations geared towards motivating and helping other improve the overall quality of their lives. Mrs. Coley is inspired to help others work towards achieving their goals and obtaining success through hard work and commitment.
