Akeema Richards
Western High School

Described as the epitome of a “scholar-athlete”, Akeema has been recruited by many major Division I institutions, in addition to being an honor roll student and a member of the National Honor Society.  Besides her exemplary academics and athleticism, Akeema has a considerable service history, volunteering at school, tutoring, and she has far exceeded her high school service hour requirement.  Akeema plans to attend West Virginia University or Seton Hall University, where she will major in Biology hoping to eventually become a Pediatrician.
