Ranking first in his class of 225 students with a GPA of 96%, Cory has not only excelled in academics, but he has also been a leader and a positive influence among his peers, helping to inspire and motivate them. Cory is a member of the National Honor Society and the Student Government Association, as well as being an avid volunteer, earning over twice the required service learning hours. Cory Young was one of twelve students selected from the BCPSS to intern at the Baltimore Law Firm of Salisbury, Clements, Bekman, Maruner and Atkins during the summer of 2009. Cory plans to major in Mathematics at USC or UMCP.
