Always displaying a high degree of integrity, responsibility, and ambition, Rashad is described as a team player on and off the field.  Rashad is the oldest of four siblings and he will be the first in his family to attend college.  Captain of the varsity football team, he dreams of playing football professionally, but knows he has to obtain an education first.  Rashad has applied to Virginia State University, Morgan State University, and Fayetteville State University, and he intends to major in Culinary Arts and Business.
