Earl Schaffer
Mergenthaler Vo-Tech High School

Currently ranked third in his senior class, Earl is President of the Student Government Association and Vice-President of the schools' chapter of the National Honor Society. Earl is a self-taught musician who began playing the piano at the age of two, the drums at ten and currently plays the organ at Ebenezer Baptist Church. Earl has taken on the role as mentor and role model at his church, doing his part to help steer young boys away from drugs and gangs.

Earl has been accepted to Morgan State University and Frostburg State University.
