Charmaine Witherspoon

A well rounded National Honor Society student in the top 5% of her class, Charmaine aspires to major in Spanish and Computer Information Systems in college. She has mentored young girls at Calverton Middle School for the past two years, volunteers at the Partners in Progress Resource Center and leader, and advocates for young people’s needs as a member of Baltimore’s Youth Commission. Charmaine has received numerous awards for her active participation in church and volunteer efforts. She has applied to the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and Villa Julie College.
