DESKTOP COMPUTERS (PENTIUM 3/4) URGENTLY NEEDED FOR
COLLEGEBOUND COLLEGE CENTERS

During the past three years, the CollegeBound Foundation has been successful in acquiring
space within its high schools to "outfit" a college center. The classroom size College
Center is the focal point in motivating students to learn about college. Unfortunately,
many college centers lack the computers needed for students to access college information
over the internet.
For CollegeBound's students, a "Digital Divide" exists as a barrier to accessing essential
college information and critical financial aid resources. It is incumbent upon all of us
to level the college access playing field whenever we discover an inequity. Far too many
of the students served by CollegeBound have limited access to the worldwide web. Their
school or a local library are often the only places that affords them electronic access to
college information.
CollegeBound's students need your help—a donated computer
opens the world of college information to those kids who need
it the most. Our kids are counting on you!
