Christiana Morris is a Maryland native who attended Hood College in Frederick, Maryland. During her time at Hood College, she founded The Urban Outlet, a talent collective that produced shows to expose the campus to hip-hop culture through rap, dance, step, and poetry. Upon graduation, she has worked with students in grades K-12 as a teacher, mentor, and advocate. Christiana has worked with organizations such as Breakthrough Central Texas and the Next Generation Scholars program, which aims to prepare first-generation scholars for college. Previously, she has served as a Project Specialist in Baltimore County Public Schools to provide workforce development opportunities and skills to low-income students who face educational barriers. Christiana is excited to join the CollegeBound Foundation team and seeks to encourage Baltimore City students to achieve their college and career goals.
