The Strategic Partnerships Specialist is a newly created position that will support the networking, outreach, and community relations tasks of the department. The position works directly with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to expand CollegeBound Foundation’s community reach with high school and college partners in efforts to provide the Baltimore City students that we serve with additional career resources.

Responsibilities:Â Â
High School Partnerships
- Utilize student data to perform analyses for internal and external reports for sharing with stakeholders.
- Maintain database of high school profiles and update with current and accurate data as needed.
- Facilitate meetings with College Access Program Specialists (CAPS) and students to discuss post-secondary planning.
- Create and maintain program brochures for distribution to students.
- Create and maintain high school presentation schedule and distribute as needed.
- Distribute surveys and maintain student profiles for students currently working with a partner Community-Based Organization (CBO).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
College Partnerships
- Maintain current lists of College Completion (CCP) students for matching with available partner career opportunities.
- Maintain current partnership lists for matching CCP students with available opportunities.
- Provide support to facilitate CareerBound sessions during the year.
- Lead scheduling for various skill workshops.
- Compile resources and best practices including information on software applications to maximize student engagement around available career opportunities.
- Create and maintain database of contact information for college partner career services offices and facilitate meetings with the offices.
- Maintain data for analyzing CCP student engagement with available campus career services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Â
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience in a data analysis or research role, preferably as part of nonprofit outreach
Other:
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for this position.
- Valid driver’s license required and access to reliable vehicle

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Access
- Proficiency in Spanish a plus
