Andre Moore is from Virginia and moved to Baltimore last year to do a year of service with AmeriCorps. He is currently pursuing a masters in school counseling at The Bowie State University. He has been working with 4th – 12th graders for 6 years in different capacities such as sports, academics, and mentorship. He has always had a passion for kids, it was seeing the opportunities that were offered to him during and after receiving my degree that drives him to pay it forward for future generations. He focuses on getting students to formulate their desires and helping them plan to achieve their goals by meeting them where they are and educating them. He also aspires to make a positive difference in the lives of those that he encounters.
