Precious Palmer is a native of Baltimore City and a proud Baltimore City College High School Alumna. Ms. Palmer attended Neosho Junior College in Chante, Kansas and Harford Community College to play on a regional championship team and NJCAA appearance. Precious earned an Associate’s Degree at Harford Community College, Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wilmington University, and a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University. Before joining CollegeBound, Ms. Palmer served as a Behavior Tech at Shepard Pratt School as a Behavior Tech and an Admission Counselor for The Job Corps Program. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at the Community College of Baltimore County, Essex and AAU summer girls’ basketball coach. Ms. Palmer looks forward of sharing her experiences of playing and coaching basketball with promising Baltimore youth.
