Quincy is a Baltimore native, hailing specifically from West Baltimore. Proud to have graduated from Mergenthaler Vocational Technical High School, Go mustangs! After high school, I pursued higher education at Lincoln University, where I successfully completed my college degree. Throughout my time there, I embraced the spirit of learning and personal growth. As a Baltimore sports enthusiast, I am a devoted fan of the Ravens and Orioles. I love cheering for our local teams and engaging in the vibrant sports culture that Baltimore has to offer. One of my passions is helping students navigate the college admissions process. As a college access program specialist, I am excited to assist students in finding the best post-secondary options available to them.
