Qamar has a competitive weighted GPA of 3.88. Prior to beginning an SGA group, Mr. Godwin was chosen, during his 11th grade year, to attend Leadership events at City Hall. baseball and a peer group leader for Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Mr. Godwin is also part of the newly formed Student Government; a Peer Group leader who mentors the 9th grade students at Coppin Academy; part of a community nonprofit, 4MyCity which collects food waste to create compost and he holds a part time job, while maintaining being in the top 10% of his graduating class. He would like to positively impact communities through Nonprofit Leadership or Community Engagement.
