Jessica graduated from Frostburg State University with a degree in International Studies. She would then go on to be a Walt Disney World intern where she worked in hospitality. She has always had an interest in education and youth development, which eventually led her to working for two education-based non-profit organizations. During that time, she had a growing interest in how learning how education funding can help improve young adult’s life. She is thrilled to be a part of a team that cares so much about the development of Baltimore City students. When not in the office, she spends her time with her family, friends, and dog Taz.
