All information collected from this site is exclusively used by the CollegeBound Foundation to credit you accurately for your gift, send and email newsletter or informational mailing, or assist you in the college access process. Any personal information stored as a data record by the CollegeBound Foundation may only be used for CollegeBound Foundation business.

Every step of our on-line giving process is protected and secure. All the information entered on the form is protected by industry standard secure server software. This secure socket layer (SSL) encrypts all the data sent from the on-line form preventing anyone on the Internet from accessing it. Further communications of this information are also encrypted ensuring that your personal information, credit card information and gift amount are all completely private and secure.

SMS Terms & Conditions

  1. Program Description – CollegeBound Foundation uses text messaging to support students and families with college access services, advising, program coordination, reminders, and related communications. Messages are sent as part of individual, one-to-one conversations between CollegeBound staff and students or families.
  2. Opt-In – You may opt in to receive text messages from CollegeBound Foundation by:
    – Texting START to a CollegeBound phone number.
    – Initiating a text conversation with a CollegeBound staff member; or
    – Providing verbal consent to a CollegeBound staff member, with confirmation sent by text.
    – Consent is not a condition of participation in any CollegeBound program.
  3. Message Frequency – Message frequency varies based on individual needs and engagement.
  4. Costs – Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  5. Opt-Out – You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages unless you opt in again.

  7. Eligibility and Parent/Guardian Consent – CollegeBound Foundation serves students who may be under the age of 18. When SMS messaging involves a minor, consent may be provided by a parent or legal guardian as part of program enrollment, intake, or direct communication with CollegeBound staff. By providing a mobile phone number for a minor, or by initiating or authorizing SMS communication on a minor’s behalf, the parent or guardian affirms they have the legal authority to consent to such communications. SMS messages are used solely for educational support, advising, and program-related communication and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes. Parents or guardians may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP or contacting CollegeBound Foundation directly.
  8. Changes to Terms – CollegeBound Foundation may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the organization’s website.
