Isabela was raised in Virginia and received her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science at the University of Virginia with a minor in Urban and Environmental Planning. During her time at UVA, she was part of a research team that investigated the environmental consequences of wealth disparities and climate change. Outside of classes, she served as the Head of Wardrobe at her institution’s drama department. Isabela is an AmeriCorps VISTA passionate about bringing her service to CollegeBound and Baltimore City Public Schools. She is proud to be a part of an organization that seeks to tackle systemic issues and empower Baltimore youth.
