Isaiah Richardson

Isaiah was born and raised in Baltimore and received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Xavier University of Louisiana. He later earned his Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University. Throughout his education, Isaiah developed a passion for working with young people and helping students recognize the opportunities available to them. Isaiah has worked closely with Baltimore City Public Schools students as a mentor, supporting them as they navigate life after high school and explore their goals for the future. Most recently, he spent his summer with MERIT, where he taught Art of Medicine and helped students explore medicine through conversations about the experiences that shape both patients and physicians. As a College Access Program Specialist, Isaiah is excited to continue helping students see higher education as an opportunity that is both accessible and achievable. Outside of his work in education, he is pursuing his own goal of becoming a surgeon. When he has some free time, you can usually find him bowling, searching for a good matcha, or listening to Beyoncé.
