As a Baltimore native and proud graduate of Western High School and an Alumna of The College Bound Foundation, she experienced firsthand the power of mentorship and community investment. The CBF successfully bridged her transition to higher education to Coppin State University where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Management. During her undergraduate studies she launched her professional career within the nonprofit sector.
Today, Simone brings a unique blend of heart and structure to her work. She has built a versatile background that spans youth development, human resources, and administrative operations. This allows her to switch seamlessly between creating empowering spaces for young people and managing the vital, behind-the-scenes systems that keep organizations thriving.
With a deep commitment to uplifting others as she climbs, Simone is thrilled to bring her journey full circle – contributing to future- focused initiatives while joining the organization that played a foundational role in her own journey.
