La’Myrah Jackson is in the top 5% of her class and a Next Generation Scholar. She has been actively “giving back” to her community and developing leadership skills by volunteering with Earth Day events at Druid Hill Park, Pride Youth Service events for young women, engaging with the elderly in local nursing homes, and leading Heart Smiles after school activities. La’Myrah also participates on Forest Park’s Badminton team and found time to hold down a part-time job during her junior and senior years of high school.
