Pedro Ramirez-Brito is in the Top 25% of his class at Paul Laurence Dunbar High School. An Honors, AP, and Dual Enrollment student, Pedro is a Certified Nursing Assistant at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center through Urban Alliance’s Healthcare Apprenticeship Program. He also participates in Building STEPS and volunteers for CASA Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay Foundation when not supervising fellow crew members as a Kitchen Manager at Chipotle. A native of Guatemala bilingual in English and Spanish, Pedro will be the first in his family to attend college. By pursuing a career in healthcare, he hopes to inspire future generations of Hispanic youth to actualize their dreams.
