Laura Dean is a “third culture kid” who spent much of her formative years outside of the U.S. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Theater Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Education degree in Comparative and International Education from Lehigh University. For over a decade, Laura has supported international and diverse student communities at both public and private U.S. higher education institutions, namely Lehigh University, Florida State University, and Louisiana State University. Her work is grounded in the belief that every student deserves the chance not only to complete a postsecondary degree but to thrive during their college journey. Whether through advising, programming, or advocacy, she is passionate about creating inclusive environments where all students can flourish academically, socially, professionally, and personally.
