Cameron grew up in Arvada, Colorado. For undergrad, he received his bachelor’s degree in sociology with a concentration in community engagement and social change. After graduating, he served as an AmeriCorps Massachusetts Promise fellow where he supported youth leaders in growing their advocacy skills. He then worked at a non-profit organization supporting high school students with college and career readiness. In 2020, Cameron moved to Baltimore to pursue a master’s degree in education. Prior to joining CollegeBound, Cameron taught grades 3-5 in Baltimore City Public Schools. Cameron strives to ensure that all young people, no matter their identities or backgrounds, have access to happy, loving, successful, and fulfilling futures. He is excited to bring this experience to the College Completion Team to support Baltimore City students through college graduation and beyond!
